Greer Design Co. will walk you through every stage of a project, from the initial idea to the final reveal. All you have to do is some basic homework at the beginning and then kick your feet up and let us work our magic!

While a precise timeline will be provided after our initial consultation, you can generally expect most furnishings projects to take a minimum of 12 weeks from start to finish, and renovation projects to take longer. This timeframe includes design, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring each element is completed to the highest standard. Our team will work closely with you to establish a detailed schedule tailored to your specific needs and keep you informed throughout the process.

We ask each client to do a bit of homework by creating a Pinterest inspiration board to help us nail down your style and taste. Depending on the project we're working on together, you may have some questionnaires that we ask you to fill out prior to your initial consultation.

Depending on the scope of your project and size of your room, this can vary significantly. If you're wanting to achieve the Greer Design Co. look, you should expect to invest $30,000+ per room for concept to completion interior design + furnishings.
Kitchen renovations should be estimated at a minimum of 20% of your current home value, while primary bathroom renovations should be estimated at 10% of your current home value and less for smaller bathrooms and powder rooms.
Design Fees: Greer Design Co. charges an hourly rate of $150 for any work we do on your project after the initial consultation. We will present a summary of estimated design fees, which will be used to fulfill your design plan. On average, design fees for concept to completion can be estimated at 10-15% of your project investment.
